Who is CareChase for?
Independent US healthcare practices looking for focused help with outstanding insurance claims, denial follow-up, and visibility into that work. Specialty fit and delivery capacity are confirmed before a pilot begins.
Do we need to switch billing software?
The starting plan is to work within your existing billing system, where supported. Access permissions, system requirements, and responsibilities are agreed during onboarding.
Will AI submit claims on its own?
No. The initial service uses AI for approved support tasks such as preparing procedures and drafts. Claim changes and submissions require the appropriate human review and authorization. AI must not invent diagnoses, services, or documentation.
How are patient records handled?
Do not share patient information through this website. Before any patient-record access, the practice and CareChase must establish the applicable agreements, approved tools, access controls, and secure workflow. Any AI processing of patient information requires a separate evaluation of the specific service and permitted use.
What happens before a pilot starts?
Both parties agree the claim batch, responsibilities, fee, and start date. Qualified billing support, required agreements, and authorized system access must be in place before delivery starts. Submitting this website’s enquiry form starts a conversation; it does not book a pilot.
Where is CareChase based?
CareChase is a service brand of Metacomic Private Limited, a company registered in India and focused on serving US practices. Actual delivery locations and any subcontractors are disclosed and agreed during client onboarding.
Do you guarantee recovered payments?
No. Payment depends on coverage, documentation, payer rules, deadlines, and other claim-specific factors. A pilot should be evaluated using documented work, resolution progress, time spent, and payments verified in your practice’s records.
